Office Christmas parties in Nottingham
December in Nottingham divides between two kinds of party and we cater both. The professional offices in the centre and around the station mostly want a festive buffet delivered at lunchtime or early evening — something that arrives, gets eaten standing up, and does not need anybody to organise it on the day.
The business parks ringing the city tend to want the other thing: a proper sit-down, either at their own premises or at a venue, with our team there to cook and serve. That is the £23.50 hot buffet, and in December it books further ahead than anything else we do.
The practical point about Nottingham is competition for dates rather than for suppliers. A great many firms want the second and third Thursday in December, and there are only so many of our teams. Ringing in September is the whole difference.
Family Christmas, and the quieter ones
The same menu goes to houses, halls and clubs across the city for family gatherings, and to wakes and celebrations of life, which do not stop for December and are often harder for the family because of it.
For a large family gathering a hog roast from £795 usually works out better than a plated dinner: it feeds fifty without anybody having to seat fifty, and it is the thing people remember.

Can you deliver a Christmas buffet to a city-centre office?
Yes, and it is most of what we do in December. Tell us the building, the floor and who to ask for. If reception needs a name in the visitor book in advance we will supply one.
How late can we book a Nottingham date?
Delivered buffets need your order by 4pm the day before, so a late booking is possible if the date is still free. The catch is that popular December dates go months ahead — the cut-off is rarely what stops us, availability is.
How much is Christmas catering per head?
The festive sandwich buffet is £8.75 a head. The Christmas hot buffet, cooked and served at your venue, is £23.50 with desserts a further £7.50. Hog roasts are priced by guest numbers from £795. All prices exclude VAT.
What dates can you cater?
Everything on the Christmas menu runs from the 1st to the 23rd of December. Outside those dates we cater from the standard menus as normal.
When should we book?
As early as you can. December bookings start arriving in October and the last two weeks fill first, Thursdays and Fridays especially. If you have a date, ask now — we would rather hold it than turn you away in November.
How much does it cost to hold a date?
A 25% deposit secures it, with the balance due 30 days before. Final numbers are confirmed seven days out and you can move them freely until then.
What are the vegetarian and vegan options?
Vegan turkey, cranberry and stuffing sandwiches, festive vegan sausage rolls and mixed falafel bites are on the buffet as standard, and the hot buffet has a vegan meatloaf on request. Everything is prepared separately and labelled.
Do you cater works parties and family ones?
Both, at the same price. Office parties tend to want the delivered festive buffet or the hot buffet at a venue; family gatherings more often want the hog roast.
