Buffets for Nottingham offices and events
Nottingham splits into two quite different catering markets and we work in both. In the city centre and around the station it is professional services — law, energy, accountancy, the agencies — where the order is small, regular and unforgiving about timing, because a buffet that arrives late to a client meeting is worse than no buffet at all.
Out on the business parks ringing the city it is larger and less frequent: training days, inductions, all-hands sessions, the summer thing in the car park. Those are ordered further ahead and are more likely to want the fuller buffets or a hot option.
The nine numbered buffets are built for both. Buffet 1 is sandwiches at £5.50. Buffet 5 adds savouries at £7.70. Buffet 9 is the full spread with crisps, fruit, cake and juice at £11.00. Every price and every ingredient is on the sandwich buffet menu.
Beyond the office buffet
The same buffets go to christenings at the church halls, birthdays at the clubs, wakes, and the sports and social clubs across the city. It is the same food at the same price whatever the occasion.
For something larger there are hot buffets at £23.50 a head with a fifty-person minimum, breakfast from £3.35 delivered between 8am and 9am, and grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten — which do considerably more for a launch or a client reception than a platter of sandwiches.

Do you deliver to Nottingham city centre offices?
Every working day, and it is a large part of what we do. Tell us the building, the floor and who to ask for; several city-centre buildings need a name at reception in advance and we will supply one.
Can you deliver to the University of Nottingham?
Yes, and to the hospitals. Departmental catering usually needs an invoice against a cost centre rather than a card payment, which is what a credit account is for.
How much is a buffet in Nottingham?
From £5.50 a head for Buffet 1 up to £11.00 for Buffet 9, with nine in total. The full contents of each are on the sandwich buffet menu. Delivery is free, there is a £20 minimum on the order and prices exclude VAT.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm and we deliver the next working day. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Hot buffets and anything cooked on site need longer.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet, which is four people on Buffet 1. Hot buffets have a fifty-person minimum. Events cooked on site are quoted individually.
Can I set up a regular weekly order?
Yes. Same buffet, same day, same slot, set up once. A credit account puts it all on one monthly invoice rather than a card payment every week.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Every buffet is 30% vegetarian as standard. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled. Tell us how many of each when you order.
Do you take the platters away afterwards?
Yes. Our driver collects the cool boxes and empty platters the next working day, so there is nothing to wash and nothing to return.
