Christmas catering made simple

As early as you can, and especially for anything served on site. On-site service is subject to availability and the last two weeks before Christmas fill first, Thursdays and Fridays especially. If you already have a date, ask now. We would far rather hold it than turn you away in November.

Festive sandwich buffets start at £5.50 a head. Festive turkey rolls are £7.95 a head, or £11.95 as a festive feast with crispy roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and gravy, served on site. The Christmas feast bowl is £12.95 and the Sadlergates Christmas dinner £23.50 a head, with dessert a further £7.50. Hog roasts are priced by guest numbers from £795. All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.

The Christmas menu runs throughout December 2026. Festive sandwich buffets follow the usual ordering cut-off; turkey rolls, feast bowls, Christmas dinners and hog roasts depend on what is still free that day, so ask about your date when you book.

Yes. Festive turkey rolls are delivered hot: warm roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce in a crusty bread roll, £7.95 a head for 30 guests or more. Make it a festive feast, with crispy roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and rich gravy, for £11.95 a head; the feast is served on site by our team for 50 guests or more.

Yes. The Sadlergates Christmas dinner is £23.50 a head, served on site by our team: roast breast of turkey, topside of beef or honey roast gammon, with a vegan meatloaf on request, plus pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, baby roast potatoes, gravy and the sauces. Have it as a traditional hot buffet, where guests come up and our team serves them, or In the Middle, set at the centre of each table to share, for £6.00 a head more. Minimum 50 guests, subject to availability.

Christmas dinner in one generous bowl: crispy roast potatoes, roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, rich gravy and cranberry sauce, for £12.95 a head. There is a vegan version too. It is served fresh on site for 50 guests or more.

Both, and at the same price. Office parties tend to want a festive buffet or turkey rolls delivered, or a Christmas dinner at a venue; family gatherings more often want the hog roast. The kitchen does not know the difference and neither does the bill.

There is a vegan festive turkey roll with vegan turkey and stuffing, a vegan Christmas feast bowl, and a vegan meatloaf with the Christmas dinner on request. The sandwich buffets are 30% vegetarian as standard, with vegan portions on request. Everything is prepared separately and labelled.
