Festive buffets for Sheffield offices
December in a Sheffield office is a buffet at lunchtime, or one laid out at four for people to pick at before they go out. That is a delivery job and it is one we do well from here, because the food is made in the morning and travels in insulated boxes.
Hot turkey rolls are the December answer when the office wants something warm: roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry in a crusty roll, delivered hot for thirty or more. For a sit-down, the Christmas dinner and the feast bowl are served on site, and for a big room there is the hog roast from £795. Those want booking further ahead than a delivered buffet, so the date is the thing to settle first.
The east of the city is where most of our December deliveries land (Sheffield Business Park, Attercliffe, the Meadowhall and Eastwood estates) with the city centre and Kelham Island the other pattern, smaller and more frequent.
What to order for an office party
A festive sandwich buffet is one portion a head and it is a proper meal: sandwiches, savouries and something sweet. For a lunchtime party that is enough on its own. For an evening one where people are drinking and going on somewhere afterwards, most offices order for slightly more people than are coming.
If the party runs from four o’clock onwards, ask for delivery at three thirty. Food that is out and covered before anybody arrives always looks better than food being unwrapped while the first ten people stand around watching.
Order by 4pm the day before, and a Monday party closes at 4pm on the Friday because nobody is in the kitchen over the weekend. In December the thing that stops us is almost never the cut-off. It is whether the date is already full.

What time should it be delivered?
About half an hour before your party starts, so it is out and covered before anybody arrives. Tell us the hour and that is when it lands.
Can we have hot Christmas food in Sheffield?
Yes. Festive turkey rolls are delivered hot at £7.95 a head for thirty guests or more. For fifty or more, the festive feast at £11.95 (the roll with roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and gravy), the Christmas dinner at £23.50 and the feast bowl at £12.95 are served on site by our team, and a hog roast starts at £795, all subject to availability.
What dates can you cater?
Throughout December 2026. Festive sandwich buffets follow the usual 4pm cut-off; turkey rolls, feast bowls, Christmas dinners and hog roasts depend on what is still free that day, so ask about your date when you book.
When should we book?
As early as you can. December fills from October and the last two weeks go first, Thursdays and Fridays especially. On-site service is subject to availability, so a date served by our team is the one to settle first.
How much does it cost to hold a date?
A 25% deposit secures it, with the balance due 30 days before. Final numbers are confirmed seven days before and you can move them freely until then.
What are the vegetarian and vegan options?
There is a vegan festive turkey roll, a vegan Christmas feast bowl and a vegan meatloaf with the Christmas dinner on request. The sandwich buffets are 30% vegetarian as standard, with vegan portions on request. Everything is prepared separately and labelled.
Do you cater works parties and family ones?
Both, at the same price. Office parties tend to want a festive buffet or turkey rolls delivered; family gatherings more often want the hog roast.
