Every dish is listed in full on the menus — prices, allergens and what is included:

Those are the prices — there is nothing to quote. Ordering for Nottingham takes about three minutes, or ring if that is easier.

Two Nottinghams, two rhythms

The professional offices in the centre — law, energy, accountancy, the agencies — order small and often, and care more about the hour than the menu. A buffet that arrives after the client has is worse than no buffet, so those orders are built around a delivery slot rather than a morning.

The business parks ringing the city work the other way: bigger, further ahead, and more likely to want the fuller buffets, breakfast for an early start, or a hot buffet for an all-hands. Sherwood Business Park, NG2, Phoenix, Harrier, Ruddington Fields and the Nottingham Science Park are the regulars.

Both universities and the hospitals sit in a third category again, where everything is booked against a cost centre and needs an invoice rather than a card payment. That is exactly what a credit account is for.

What an account actually changes

Without one, every buffet is a card payment, a receipt, an expense claim and a line somebody has to explain. With one, you order all month and get a single invoice.

It also removes the commonest cause of a late order: the person who can pay for it being in a meeting until four. Anyone in the office can place an order on account.

Breakfast, hot food and client receptions

Breakfast from £3.35 a head, delivered between 8am and 9am — worth it for a training day where people arrive before they have eaten. Rolls with sausage or bacon are £4.75.

Hot buffets are £23.50 a head with a fifty-person minimum, three mains and three sides across four menus. For a client reception or a launch, grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten do more than a platter of sandwiches ever will.

Why Nottingham chooses us

  • The centre and the ring, both

Professional services in the city centre order small, often and unforgivingly on timing. The business parks order larger and less frequently. We run both patterns daily rather than being set up for one.

  • Credit accounts

Order all month, settle on one invoice. It also means anyone in the office can order without the company card, which is the usual reason a buffet gets booked late.

  • Reception, floor, and a name

Several city-centre buildings need a driver's name in the visitor book in advance. Tell us and we supply one rather than discovering the problem at the door.

  • Priced on the page

Nine buffets with nine published prices, plus breakfast, hot food and grazing boards. Budget a year without ringing anybody.

What Nottingham customers say

  • Booked Sadlergates for my husband’s 50th birthday — The Hog Roast (we went with the Gold package). The team (Will, Ryan and Vickie) were all absolutely fantastic — friendly and professional whilst having a laugh with us! The food was completely outstanding, and every single guest commented on how incredible it was.

Shel · 50th birthday hog roast

  • Sadlergates did the catering for our wedding in Nottingham and we couldn’t have been happier… There was plenty of food and they were really good at dealing with our complex dietary requirements. On the day of the wedding they turned up exactly on time, prepped the food and brought it all out with excellent communication so we knew when to get everyone seated.

    Beth · Wedding

  • Sadlergates provided the catering for our wedding, we were delighted in all respects with the superb hot and cold buffet they delivered. From our initial visit to discuss our requirements, with samples provided within minutes, the excellent presentation and service, the delicious food, and the excellent value for money.

    Ian · Wedding

  • Fantastic food and service from Sadlergates Catering Nottingham for a Celebration of Life event. They were so lovely to deal with and there were many compliments about the sandwich buffet on the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for catering an event.

    Hester · Celebration of life

  • Sadlergate were outstanding from start to finish when catering our Christmas event. The festive buffet was of a very high standard providing three different meats and also veggie options. Shaun and Vicky were incredible throughout the evening, ensuring everything ran seamlessly and taking care of every detail.

Corporate catering in Nottingham — your questions answered

Do you deliver to Nottingham city-centre offices?

Every working day. Tell us the building, the floor and who to ask for — and if reception needs a driver's name in advance for the visitor book, give us that too.

Can you deliver to the universities and hospitals?

Yes, and regularly. Departmental catering usually needs an invoice against a cost centre rather than a card payment, which a credit account handles.

How much notice do you need?

Order by 4pm for delivery the next working day. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Hot buffets need more notice — ring the office with your date.

Can we open a credit account?

Yes, and it is worth it for anyone ordering more than occasionally. You order through the month and receive one invoice, and anyone in the office can order without the company card.

Can we set up a recurring weekly order?

Yes. Same buffet, same day, same delivery slot, set up once and it repeats until you say otherwise. Skipping a week is a phone call.

Do you invoice or do we pay by card?

Both. Without an account you pay by card when ordering; with a credit account you are invoiced. Anything booked against a cost centre almost always wants the invoice.

How do you handle a mixed office?

Every buffet is 30% vegetarian as standard, and vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled. For a standing order we keep the requirements on the account so you do not have to restate them every week.

Is there a minimum order?

£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet. Hot buffets have a fifty-person minimum.
