ABOUT OUR PIZZA
Authentic pizza, freshly fired
Our mobile gas-fired oven brings the pizzeria to your event, with dough proved in-house and pizzas cooked in front of your guests
Endless topping combinations, including vegan cheese and gluten-free bases, keep every guest coming back for more.
A pizza oven is a piece of equipment before it is a menu, and that shapes the booking more than the toppings do. It needs about three metres by five of flat ground with no steps to the serving area, and it works outdoors as standard — if it has to go inside, tell us well in advance rather than on the day, because that is a different set of arrangements entirely.
Service runs for an hour and pizzas come out continuously rather than all at once, which is the point of it. People drift over, take a slice, come back. We say when service is coming to an end so nobody misses out on seconds, and that hour is genuinely enough for fifty.

PRICING
Every pizza event is priced around your day
Guest numbers, how long the oven runs, toppings and sides all shape the cost, so we price each pizza buffet properly rather than squeezing it into a package. Tell us what you are planning and we will send a clear per-head price with no hidden extras. £14.50 a head with a fifty-guest minimum, or the equivalent booking value if your numbers are smaller and you want it anyway. A 25% deposit secures the date and the balance is due thirty days before. Below fifty, a delivered buffet from £5.50 a head is usually the better answer and we will say so.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Pizza Buffets — your questions answered
What time do you arrive?
Between an hour and an hour and a half before your service time. The oven needs to come up to temperature before the first pizza goes in, and that is not something worth rushing.
How much space do you need?
Roughly 3 metres by 5 metres for the gazebo, as flat as possible and without steps between us and the serving area — the equipment is heavy and has to be moved into place.
How many guests do you need?
A minimum of 50, or the equivalent booking value if your numbers are lower.
How long do you serve for?
An hour. We tell you as service is coming to an end so nobody misses out, and there are always seconds for anyone who wants them.
Can you serve indoors?
Outdoors is standard. Indoors is possible with notice, but depending on access and flooring the oven may need to stay outside with the serving area brought in.
What deposit do you take?
25% on booking to hold the date, with the balance due 30 days before. Bank transfer or card over the phone.
Can you cater for vegans and coeliacs?
Yes, no problem at all. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal. Give us the numbers for each when you book and those portions are prepared separately and clearly labelled.
What happens to leftovers?
They are yours. Bring a few containers and we will leave everything with you.
What if it rains?
The oven copes; the queue does not. We need somewhere the cooking can happen under cover and somewhere for guests to stand and eat that is not open lawn. A marquee, a barn or a big garage all work. If you have neither, a cold buffet is the safer booking and we would rather tell you that in advance.
Can you cater vegan and gluten-free guests?
Yes. There is a vegan option on the menu as standard, and gluten-free bases are available with notice. Tell us the numbers when you book — a shared oven needs the order of service planned rather than improvised, which is easy when we know and awkward when we do not.
How many pizzas does each guest get?
It is not counted in pizzas, it is served until the hour is up. In practice most adults have three or four slices across the service and go back at least once. Nobody has ever gone hungry at one, which is the honest answer to how much food is involved.
