Buffets for Leicester offices and events
Leicester is the newest of the cities we work in and the one where the catering most often has to be built around who is eating rather than what is on offer. It is entirely normal for a single office order here to need halal, vegetarian and vegan portions alongside everything else, and just as normal for nobody to mention it until we ask.
So we ask. Tell us the numbers for each and the order is built that way from the start, prepared separately and labelled clearly, rather than a standard buffet with something added at the edge.
Otherwise the shape is familiar: team meetings, training days, client visits and inductions across the city centre, the business parks, the two universities and the hospitals. Nine numbered buffets from £5.50 to £11.00 a head cover the majority of it, and everything in each one is listed on the sandwich buffet menu.
Beyond the working buffet
The same buffets go to christenings, birthdays, graduations and wakes across the city. Leicester graduation season in particular brings a run of family gatherings, and a numbered buffet is an easy thing to order when you are also organising everything else.
For larger occasions there are hot buffets at £23.50 a head with a fifty-person minimum, breakfast from £3.35, and grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten.

Can you provide a fully halal buffet?
Yes. Halal portions are prepared separately and labelled, and we can build the entire order that way rather than adding halal items to a standard buffet. Tell us the numbers when you order.
Can you do an entirely vegetarian or vegan buffet?
Yes, and it is a regular request in Leicester. Say so on the phone or in the order notes and the whole buffet is built that way.
How much is a buffet in Leicester?
From £5.50 a head for Buffet 1 up to £11.00 for Buffet 9, with nine in total. The full contents of each are on the sandwich buffet menu. Delivery is free, there is a £20 minimum on the order and prices exclude VAT.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm and we deliver the next working day. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Hot buffets and anything cooked on site need longer.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet, which is four people on Buffet 1. Hot buffets have a fifty-person minimum. Events cooked on site are quoted individually.
Can I set up a regular weekly order?
Yes. Same buffet, same day, same slot, set up once. A credit account puts it all on one monthly invoice rather than a card payment every week.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Every buffet is 30% vegetarian as standard. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled. Tell us how many of each when you order.
Do you take the platters away afterwards?
Yes. Our driver collects the cool boxes and empty platters the next working day, so there is nothing to wash and nothing to return.
