More than anywhere else we work, a Leicester party starts with a question about the guests rather than about the food. It is entirely normal for one room to need halal, vegetarian and vegan portions alongside everything else, and just as normal for the person organising it to assume that will be difficult.

How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm for the next working day. If the order needs building round particular dietary requirements, ring rather than ordering online and we will get the numbers right first time.

No. Disposable plates and napkins are included with every buffet, and our driver collects the cool boxes and empty platters the next working day.
