Parties in Sheffield, and what we can honestly promise
Everything we send to Sheffield is delivered. A buffet is made in our own kitchen, boxed in insulated cool boxes and driven over, and it arrives in the condition it left in whether the journey is five miles or thirty. That part of the distance simply does not matter.
For anything outdoors we bring the kitchen with us. A hog roast is carved in front of your guests from £795, and a barbecue is cooked on site at £13.00 a head for fifty or more. Both want booking further ahead than a delivered buffet, so settle the date first and the menu afterwards.
For a party that means the numbered buffets: Buffet 1 at £5.50 a head, Buffet 5 at £7.70, Buffet 9 at £11.00 for an afternoon that runs on. Grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten do more for a table than a platter of sandwiches if you want the food to be part of the room.
Rotherham, and the eastern side
Rotherham sits on the same round as east Sheffield and gets the same free delivery. Between them, Attercliffe, Darnall, Handsworth and the Meadowhall side are where most of our Sheffield deliveries go, which makes a weekend party there straightforward.
West of the city (Crookes, Fulwood and the Ecclesall side) is the same free delivery and the same buffets. Give us the time you have the room from and we will work back from it.

Can you do a hog roast for a party in Sheffield?
Yes. Hog roasts start at £795 for up to fifty guests, cooked on site and carved in front of your guests, and barbecues are £13.00 a head for a minimum of fifty. Both want booking further ahead than a delivered buffet. For anything indoors or smaller, a delivered cold buffet from £5.50 a head is the usual answer.
Can you cater a party for both adults and children?
Yes, and it is worth ordering them separately. The kids menu is £8.00 a head; adult buffets start at £5.50. Both groups eat better and it usually costs less than ordering everyone the same thing.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm for the next working day. A Monday party closes at 4pm on the Friday, because nobody is in the kitchen over the weekend.
Do you deliver to Rotherham?
Yes, and free. Rotherham sits on the same round as the eastern side of Sheffield and we have delivered there for years.
Do you cater children’s parties in Sheffield?
Yes. The kids menu is £8.00 a head cold. The hot option needs cooking on site, which we do not offer at this distance, so in Sheffield it is the cold menu.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet, which is four people on Buffet 1. Anything cooked on site is quoted as an event and the buffet minimum does not apply to it.
Do we have to wash up?
No. Disposable plates and napkins are included with every buffet, and our driver collects the cool boxes and empty platters the next working day.
