Catering a Leicester office
Leicester is the city where the catering most often has to be built around who is eating. It is entirely normal for one office order to need halal, vegetarian and vegan portions alongside everything else, and just as normal for nobody to mention it until asked.
So we ask, and we ask for numbers rather than a note. Those portions are then prepared separately and labelled clearly, and if the whole room needs one thing we build the whole order that way instead of assembling a standard buffet with additions.

Accounts and standing orders
A credit account replaces a year of card payments with twelve invoices, and lets anyone in the office place an order. For departments working to a cost centre it is usually the only workable way to buy catering at all.
A standing weekly order can carry the dietary requirements with it, which is the part that matters most in Leicester — set it up once and the halal and vegan counts come every week without anybody having to remember them.
Breakfast, hot food and receptions
Breakfast from £3.35 a head delivered between 8am and 9am. Hot buffets at £23.50 a head with a fifty-person minimum, three mains and three sides across four menus, with a vegan main available from every one of them.
Grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten for a client reception — and the Greek board is largely vegetarian, which makes it an easy choice for a mixed room.

Can you provide a fully halal office buffet?
Yes. Halal portions are prepared separately and labelled, and we can build the entire order that way. Tell us the numbers and we will hold them on the account for repeat orders.
Can you cater an entirely vegetarian or vegan office order?
Yes, and it is a regular request here. Say so when you order and the whole buffet is built that way rather than adapted.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm for delivery the next working day. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Hot buffets need more notice — ring the office with your date.
Can we open a credit account?
Yes, and it is worth it for anyone ordering more than occasionally. You order through the month and receive one invoice, and anyone in the office can order without the company card.
Can we set up a recurring weekly order?
Yes. Same buffet, same day, same delivery slot, set up once and it repeats until you say otherwise. Skipping a week is a phone call.
Do you invoice or do we pay by card?
Both. Without an account you pay by card when ordering; with a credit account you are invoiced. Anything booked against a cost centre almost always wants the invoice.
How do you handle a mixed office?
Every buffet is 30% vegetarian as standard, and vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled. For a standing order we keep the requirements on the account so you do not have to restate them every week.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet. Hot buffets have a fifty-person minimum.
