Those are the prices — there is nothing to quote. Ordering for Derby takes about three minutes, or ring if that is easier.
The city we know best
More of our deliveries go to Derby than to anywhere else, and they have done since 2012. The practical benefit of that is unglamorous but real: the Derby round runs every working day regardless of any one order, so a buffet booked at four in the afternoon is on a van that was already going.
The weekday geography is the A52 corridor and Pride Park — RTC, Wyvern, Riverside, Aspen and Ascot Drive — along with the Osmaston and West Meadows estates, Royal Derby Hospital and the University of Derby. Most of it is repeat business on standing orders.
The nine numbered buffets are what most of those orders are: Buffet 1 at £5.50, Buffet 5 at £7.70, Buffet 9 at £11.00, all 30% vegetarian before anybody asks.
Accounts, invoices and standing orders
For an office ordering more than occasionally, a credit account turns a year of card payments into twelve invoices, and lets anyone place an order rather than only the person holding the card.
A standing weekly order goes further: same buffet, same day, same slot, set up once. Several of our longest-running Derby accounts have not placed a manual order in years.
Breakfast, hot food and the bigger days
Breakfast from £3.35 a head delivered between 8am and 9am, or the full English cooked on site at £16.50 with a thirty-person minimum — which suits a Derby training day better than it sounds.
Hot buffets at £23.50 a head, minimum fifty. Grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten for a launch, a client reception or a long-service presentation.

How long have you catered for Derby businesses?

Do you deliver to Pride Park and the A52 business parks?
Every working day. RTC, Wyvern, Riverside, Aspen and Ascot Drive are all on the normal round, as are Royal Derby Hospital and the University of Derby.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm for delivery the next working day. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Hot buffets need more notice — ring the office with your date.
Can we open a credit account?
Yes, and it is worth it for anyone ordering more than occasionally. You order through the month and receive one invoice, and anyone in the office can order without the company card.
Can we set up a recurring weekly order?
Yes. Same buffet, same day, same delivery slot, set up once and it repeats until you say otherwise. Skipping a week is a phone call.
Do you invoice or do we pay by card?
Both. Without an account you pay by card when ordering; with a credit account you are invoiced. Anything booked against a cost centre almost always wants the invoice.
How do you handle a mixed office?
Every buffet is 30% vegetarian as standard, and vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled. For a standing order we keep the requirements on the account so you do not have to restate them every week.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 on the order value for a delivered buffet. Hot buffets have a fifty-person minimum.
