ABOUT OFFICE CATERING
The days when the food is noticed
Most office catering is invisible by design. Some of it is not: the board lunch, the client who has travelled, the training day that runs eight hours, the team celebration that somebody will remember.
Those are the days worth spending a little more on, and they are the days where getting the timing right matters more than the menu. We deliver to reception, set out ready to serve, at the hour you asked for.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Office Catering — your questions answered
What is the difference between office catering and a working lunch?
Office catering is for the occasion — the board meeting, the client visit, the training day. A working lunch is the regular weekly one that arrives on a standing order. Most offices use both, and they are ordered in completely different ways.
How much notice do you need for an office event?
A delivered buffet needs your order by 4pm the day before. Hot buffets, which have a fifty-person minimum, need more notice — ring the office with your date and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you deliver breakfast for an early start?
Yes. Breakfast is delivered between 8am and 9am as standard, from £3.35 a head for pastries up to £8.80 for the Big Breakfast. Ring the office if you need a different time and we will do our best.
Can we open a credit account?
Yes, and it is worth it for anyone ordering regularly. You order through the month and get one invoice, and anyone in the office can order without the company card.
Can you deliver to reception in a shared building?
Yes, and it is what most city-centre buildings need. Give us the building, the floor and who to ask for. If reception needs a driver's name in advance for the visitor book, tell us and we will supply it.
How do you handle a mixed office with different diets?
Every buffet is 30% vegetarian before you ask. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal portions are prepared separately and labelled clearly. Tell us how many of each when you order.
What can you do for a client reception rather than a lunch?
Grazing boards at £97.00 a crate serving ten, or canapes at £9.80 a head for three or £14.30 for five. Both look considerably more considered than a platter of sandwiches, which is usually the point at a client event.
Do you cater across the whole East Midlands?
Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Leicester, Mansfield and Chesterfield, and the towns between them. Delivery is free on orders over £20.
