Canapé catering for receptions and evening events

£9.80 per person for three canapés a head, or £14.30 per person for five. The price depends on how many each guest is served rather than which ones you choose. Prices exclude VAT.

Three a head is right for a drinks reception before a meal. Five a head is enough to carry an evening event where no dinner follows. If guests will be standing for more than about two hours with nothing else, go for five.

Yes, any from the savoury list — asparagus with Parma ham, tapenade pinwheel, cheese and leek tart, paprika king prawn skewer, smoked salmon and cucumber cup, pork kofta, and tandoori paneer. Three of the seven are vegetarian.

Three of the seven savoury canapés are vegetarian: tapenade pinwheel, cheese and leek tart and tandoori paneer. We can build an entirely vegetarian or vegan selection if you would rather — tell us when you book.

We serve them. Our staff bring them round on trays through the reception, which keeps guests moving and talking. A platter left on a table empties from one end and goes warm at the other.

Yes — chocolate tart, lemon doughnut and chocolate orange brownie. The printed menu does not carry a price for these, so ring the office and we will quote them with the rest of your booking.

Canapés are served by our staff at your venue, so they are quoted as an event rather than ordered online. The buffet cut-off and £20 minimum do not apply. Tell us your numbers and we will tell you whether it works.

That is the most common way we do them. Three a head during the drinks reception, then a hot buffet at £23.50 a head or a sit-down meal afterwards. Grazing boards at £97.00 a crate also work well in the same slot.
